We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We gladly accept returns for retail credit of unwashed, unworn, ticketed retail items (excluding PPE items, equipment and accessories) within 30 days of purchase for a $5 dollar fee.

Once your request has been created, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email and you may drop your package at any USPS Location.  

All sale merchandise and excluded items listed above are final sale. For damaged goods, we offer an exchange or store credit.


Can I cancel or modify my order after it has placed?

If you notice a mistake after placing your order, email us as soon as possible at shop@rumble-boxing.com with all details and we will do our best to adjust your order before it ships.


Can I get a refund for merchandise purchased? 

We do not offer refunds on retail purchases.  However, unwashed, unworn and ticketed items can be returned for store credit (to be used on retail items only) within 30 days of purchase.   To start a return, please have your order number and visit our returns portal here! Please note that we are unable to accept returns on final sale items which include face masks, equipment or accessories. 

Do I have to pay for a return?

All return shipments will have a $5 fee.   

 

Can I bring my online purchase to a Rumble studio and process the exchange there?

Yes, you can return unwashed, unworn, and ticketed retail for store retail credit, or you can exchange the item at any open Rumble location. We are unable to accept returns on masks, equipment, or accessories.  


I have a gift card -- can I use it for online ordering?

If you have a Shopify gift card from a previous return, you can enter the information at checkout and it will be applied to your purchase.  If you have an in-studio gift card that is meant for purchasing class packages, you will not be able to apply it to retail.


Can you accommodate an overseas order? 

We do not ship internationally at this time.
